PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

Please note that all pre-orders are shipped at an estimated time. If your order contains at least one (1) pre-order style, the entire order does not ship from our facilities until the specified date. 

All orders are unable to be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. This includes, but is not limited to the following: quantity adjusts (both increase or decreased) and removal of pre-order only items. Pre-orders are a first come, first served basis. We are not able to reserve any items under any circumstances.

Your method of payment will be charged immediately after placing your order. This is to confirm your selected styles will be shipped to you.

Once the package has shipped from our facilities, the shipping timeframe will start. 

USA: 4-10 Business Days

Canada: 5-12 Business Days

Everywhere Else: 4-21 Business Days

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
